As part of our commitment to you, Rent My House Back will guarantee that you can stay in your house for as long as you wish to. We will not hold a set of keys for your property; it is your home until the day you decide to leave.

Should you wish to buy back your property from us at any point in the future, we will even give you a 5% deposit towards the purchase cost.

If you enter into a sale and rent back agreement you are unlikely to get the market value of your home and, as a tenant, may only be able to remain there for a limited period.  There may be other options available.  Please ask for a key terms statement.
