There are four services that companies within this industry can provide, they are:

Advisors - These are companies that can only provide you with advice regarding selling and renting back your home.

Bringing about - These are companies that can only arrange a sale and rent back agreement. They cannot purchase the property.

Providers - These are the companies that you will actually enter into a sale and rent back agreement with. You sell your home to them, and then rent it back from them.

Administrators - These are companies that manage the sale and rent back agreement once the sale has completed.
