

Rent My House Back’s sell and rent back scheme is available to any homeowner. We are an FSA regulated home buying company, able to buy any property within England and Wales and we are cash funded, which places us in a position of being able to offer the sell and rent back service and commit to purchasing your house, in accordance with FSA Guidelines.

We will purchase and provide you with an easy sale of your property, in a timescale to suit you. You then have the security of being able to stay in your home for a minimum of 5 years, once you have signed an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. You will pay local market rent for your property, but we will tailor your payments to suit your own personal circumstances.
On completion of the sell and rent back scheme you will receive the additional equity from your property. We will then arrange for buildings insurance to cover your house and take care of any future maintenance issues which may arise. You can therefore cancel your own buildings insurance, but we would strongly recommend that you continue with any insurance to protect the contents of your home.
