The duration of the rental period will be agreed with you at the outset, giving you the comfort and peace of mind of not having to leave your house, although there is a minimum term of 5 years set out by the FSA. Rent My House Back are happy for you to stay in your home for as long as you wish, subject to terms and conditions set out in your tenancy agreement.
