Believe it or not, this is probably the most difficult page to write, simply because we are trying to convey to you how we are the best sell and rent back company in the business and we want you to understand that we are being honest in what we say.

All we can do is be straightforward and honest and hope you can see our claims to be true.

As a company we are honest, fair and reliable. Our director, Steven Martin, is a trustworthy, honourable gentleman, who treats people as he himself would like to be treated and as he would expect his family to be treated. Everyone who works with Steven always commits to giving their very best to the business and treating customers fairly.

The maintenance people, who work in conjunction with our business, are also honest, reliable tradespeople and we will always deal with any maintenance issues you report to us, as soon as we can and get these resolved for you.

Rent My House Back will allow you to stay in your property for as long as you wish, as long as you pay your monthly rent and that your rent is paid on time.

Finally, to be realistic, we are in the business to make money, but we are not here to take advantage of people or force people into making the wrong decision and selling their biggest asset, their home. Our whole ethos is based on treating customers fairly and ensuring we act in the best interests of our customers at all times.

If you are looking for the qualities we have discussed above, please feel free to contact us and see if you are comfortable with what we offer. We cannot promise to be able to help everyone, but we will certainly do our best and let you know our decision as quickly as possible.

If you enter into a sale and rent back agreement you are unlikely to get the market value of your home and, as a tenant, may only be able to remain there for a limited period.  There may be other options available.  Please ask for a key terms statement.
